Speak Listen Behave

Conversation designer shaping how AI speaks, listens, and behaves.

I'm Neslihan (nes-lee-HAHN), a Conversation & Model Behavior Designer with 8 years shaping voice and chat experiences, building conversational patterns, information architecture, and the behavioral logic behind intelligent systems.

About
Neslihan Kilic

I'm a Model Behavior Designer who has spent the last 8 years in Conversational AI, across both voice and chat.

My work spans conversational patterns, information architecture, and behavioral logic: defining not only what an AI says, but how it carries itself, recovers from errors, and earns user trust.

Before AI, I worked as a linguist, a language instructor, and a writer for a production company, a background that still grounds how I think about voice, tone, and human language.
